Independent security awareness partner · humanfirewall

Make security deeply human.

We believe that the strongest security posture is built not only on technology, but on people who are informed, engaged, and confident. humanfirewall designs human-centered security awareness programs that make complex topics practical, relatable, and part of everyday work.

Beyond training: a human-centered security system

humanfirewall offers an integrated set of security awareness solutions, from mindset and behavior to culture, rather than a single tool or one-off campaign.

Ongoing security awareness programs

Design quarterly or annual programs that follow your business rhythm, with sustained touchpoints that help people build lasting security habits in real workflows.

  • Role-specific journeys for leaders, business teams, and technical teams
  • Micro-learning, live workshops, and blended formats
  • Campaigns, internal comms, and ready-to-use assets

Scenario-based experiences and simulations

Turn abstract risks into tangible experiences that help employees develop an instinct to "pause and think", not only in email, but across tools and channels.

  • Simulated email, messaging, and collaboration scenarios
  • Embedded prompts and nudges in day-to-day workflows
  • Team-level response exercises and playthroughs

Data-informed security culture insights

Use data, not just intuition, to understand where your organization stands today and how it is changing, so leaders can see both risk trends and the impact of investment.

  • Baseline assessments and perception surveys
  • Behavioral data and simulation analytics
  • Executive-ready reporting and strategy workshops

Our approach: make security human

Every organization has different risks, workflows, and people. We tailor each engagement to your context, then move step by step from assessment to implementation so secure behavior becomes easy, practical, and repeatable.

01

Discover your needs and map your risk reality

We begin with a structured analysis of your business context, teams, and workflows. Instead of a one-size-fits-all template, we identify your most relevant risk scenarios and define priorities with key stakeholders.

02

Design a customized security roadmap

Based on your goals, we define role-specific behaviors and a phased plan. This includes the right mix of quick wins and long-term culture changes, tailored to your pace and maturity level.

03

Implement practical tools and engaging learning

We deliver practical security micro-tools and lightweight plug-ins, plus interactive awareness games that make learning memorable. We also provide supporting lectures and guided training sessions for leadership and employees.

04

Measure results and iterate with you

We track engagement, behavior shifts, and incident-related signals, then refine content and interventions with your team. The program evolves continuously as your business, threats, and priorities change.

Why partner with humanfirewall?

We bring together security expertise and human-centered design, with a focus on making security culture come alive in your daily operations, not just on paper.

Security meets behavioral science

Our team blends backgrounds in security, compliance, user experience, and behavioral design, turning "should do" into "want to do" and "easy to do".

Independent, objective, and neutral

As a third party, we help you see blind spots and cultural patterns that can be hard to recognize from within, and we support change in a way that feels credible and respectful.

From focused pilots to full rollout

Start small with a single business unit or region, then scale across the organization with evidence and buy-in, reducing risk while making results visible to leadership.
